In this article, it was aimed to analyze the advances and weaknesses of Inovar Auto, it was decided to perform the collection of specific data in an automaker of the metropolitan region of Curitiba. The theoretical basis for the development of this research was collected from Federal Law No. 12,715, Decree No. 7,819, MDIC, data from ANFAVEA, and articles from specialized magazines in the area. In general and with the availability of the referred information, it was observed that the adhesion to the program obtained advances in some points due to the fiscal incentive given by the Government, but limited the progress of research, in term of the short time for the elaboration, experiment and execution of new projects, as well as completion of some already started. The conclusion is that as the national level as well the company analyzed, the time of implementation of the objectives was insufficient for better results. The program was not regulated consistently with the scenario of the Brazilian automakers and the level of economic development of the country. If there were advances, these were due to projects already in progress in the company, before the adhesion of the program. |
