The project in question sought to improve a tribological test bench already existing at the Federal Technology University - Paraná. For the conceptualization of the theme a bibliographic review and were described the existing forms of wear, the types of devices and the stages of product development. The structuring of the project followed product development concepts, where all the necessary steps precedent the release for the production of the prototype were detailed. Through a series of analysis, improvement opportunities were proposed and projected for a new equipment concept, seeking better functionality and optimization of the results generated by the tribological tests. It is hoped that the proposed improvements will be implemented in the equipment so that the theoretical teachings and contents transmitted in the classroom can be applied and practiced, helping to fix learning and also encouraging the initiative of students and teachers to produce and apply theory in practice. |
