Resumo: The work addresses the cargo transportation sector in Brazil, more precisely rail which is the second largest modal volume of transported representation in the country and is also considered as the best alternative to the flow of agricultural bulk in large volumes over long distances. Despite this finding in Brazil the railways still represents a small share in cargo transportation especially when compared to other countries that have similar territorial extensions. The main objective is to determine a new line of trains following the safety requirements, increasing transport capacity by training. Through the identification and analysis of actors that interfere directly in the train formation and they train length, total weight of the composition and calculation of the braking force. Through analysis of this data is suggested a new training gear. As a new proposal for tariff calculation which is based on density of each product.
