The automobile has great importancy as a consumer good, whether as an emotional or finantial factor for its owner. It is given big importance from the society in general to the research of means to avoid temporary or permanent damage of this particular product, in an attempt to make the use of cars the safest possible. In that regard, one of the most catastrophics mishaps in resulted by accidents is the event of a fire. This paper propose the improvement of an automated vehicular fire prevention equipment. The focus of the research was given to the creation of an immediate trigger mechanism. The development happened in the definition of a general model for such equipment, being made afterward the craft for its parts and components in the form of a prototype, based from the proper general model. In sequence was performed a field test with data gathering for such prototype with a live extinguisher. |
