This study provides an experimental approach to quantitative approach study of a 7050 aluminum alloy, apllied an aerospace, in two different conditions of aging heat treatment T6 with interrupted. It discusses the increase in mechanical properties between the heat treatment in which the aluminum alloy 7050 was submitted based on the results obtained experimentally by the technique of differential scanning calorimetry and microhardness Vickers along with the theoretical referential, brings consistent results which make it possible to understand the phenomenon involved in the heat treatment process of aging and the transformations of the phases that occurred. Alternative heat treatments applied T6I showed good results compared to the conventional treatment (T7451), thus the use becomes is viable. |
