The use of strategies for quality is becoming more essential each day for the most varied sectors (industrial and services) to remain competitive in the market. One of these strategies is Lean Six Sigma which is a methodology driven by customer expectations and needs in the pursuit of excellence (3.4DPMO). Thus, this work aimed to develop an methodological proposal based on DMAIC (Define, Measuare, Analyze, Improv eand Control) of Lean Six Sigma for application mainly in the secondary and tertiary sectors. The proposed methodological proposal provides a sequence of application of Lean Six Sigma tools to assist in the identification of process anomalies and improvement. |
