ERP systems can be defined as a type of information system that are capable of performing the integration of all data, information, and processes of a company in a single system. In order to demonstrate the implementation of an ERP system, it was performed a case study of a real situation in one unit of a company. The study shows how succeeded the migration of data from an existing ERP system to a new one, so that a unit of organization in focus had its independent system. The study aimed to present how the implementation process of the ASAP methodology occurred in the ERP deploying, demonstrating the completion of each stage, as well as the results of each phase of the methodology by observing this entire process. |
