The time, fuel and paper spent to a failed delivery attempt generates an excessive spending for the ECT. This problem is worse in small towns where contains only one agency and objects remain for a certain time to recipient withdraw. In addition, are required warnings to inform the client of a object arrival. This paper proposes a system that offers more convenience to ECT customers, taking advantage of mobile technology, via SMS or email to informe customers about the delivery and verifica-tion of possible problems during the course of its objects. This prevents the return of postal items and the spending of paper, fuel and postman time to deliver Receive Notices (RN) and Arrival Notices (AN). Structured analysis was used in this project. So, its possible to add this service in the ECT for customers track their orders, all this through the Automatic Receipt Ack-nowledgement (ARA) or Notice of Automatic Arrival (NAA). In this work was found that is possible this system development, therefore obtain a significant reduction in spending of ECT agencies. No sistema de entrega de objetos postais, realizado pela ECT (Empresa de Correios e Telégrafos), um cliente rementente envia um objeto para um determinado destinatário, mas em caso de ausência no endereço de destino são deixados avisos sobre a tentativa de entrega. O tempo, combustível e papel gastos em uma tentativa de entrega fracassada geram um gasto excessivo para a ECT. O problema se agrava em pequenas cidades, onde h ´ a apenas uma agência e objetos permanecem por um determinado tempo até que o cliente destinatário retire. Além de necessários os avisos em papel para informar o cliente de seu objeto na agência. Este trabalho propõe o desenvolvimento de um sistema que ofereça mais comodidade aos clientes da ECT, aproveitando da tecnologia móvel, através de mensagem SMS, ou através de e-mail para o acompanhamento da entrega e possível verificação de problemas ocorridos durante o percurso de seus objetos postais. Isto evita a devolução dos objetos postais, gasto de papel, combustível e tempo do carteiro para entrega de Avisos de Recebimento (AR) e Avisos de Chegada (AC). Foi utilizada a análise estruturada para realizar este projeto. Assim, é possível adicionar este serviço adicional oferecido pela ECT, para que clientes acompanhem suas mercadorias através do Aviso de Recebimento Automático (ARA) ou Aviso de Chegada Automático (ACA).
