The present work has in its context a discussion about possible failures that may occur in three phase asynchronous electric motors. The motors are used in machines that are part of a food industry, potentially reviewing the need to carry out a procedure seeking the continuous improvement of the production process in the Adriatic brewery in Ponta Grossa Paraná. In order to do so, one of the factors of great importance is taken into account in the present day, that is, it is urgent the intention to meet ever greater demands in the industrial context, since the fierce competition is extensive. Work on the subject is emphasized, with a view to presenting a proposal on the maintenance plan that is within reach of the proposed objectives. A preventive maintenance model was created. This is intended to help reduce the occurrence of faults in three-phase asynchronous motors. The proposal aims to improve the performance of the equipment, guaranteeing maximum safety in the process, with the consequent reduction of costs with labor and losses, avoiding the biggest mistake by standardizing the activities to be performed. A methodology was used based on a bibliographical survey, in works related to the exposed topic. Achieved results were the reduction of the engine breakdown and consequently the lower cost with external maintenance for repairs. |
