The Process of Incubation of eggs presents many opportunities for improvements to the application of new technologies in electronics automation. This paper proposes to automate the process of reading data through the steps of incubating eggs, through reading and storing data relating to temperature, humidity, turning and perception gases. Consists in building a Digital Reader Microcontrolled that receives the values obtained by the sensors stored in a database in order at the end of the process to use these data to perform quality analyzes, which can be analyzed in step when it occurred and any possible failure. After field testing, we can relate the following important results: the ease of tracking failures; tracking real time data reading; proved to be a reliable, versatile and low cost equipment. |
