This work of course completion discusses System Automation for Small Cold Chambers for temporary cooling perishable food. The computer based automation technology was utilized with the objective of maintain the operation temperature between 01º and 10º C. The automation system was developed consisting of sensors, actuators, interface optoelectronics, computer and supervisory software to control the variables involved in the cooling process. This new technological reality allowed the adoption of computational algorithms of greater criticality in the heart of the process of food preservation and a more effective decision making, with major technological and economic results. Technological convergence in this case, allowed associating in one automated system, the process temperature with transportation logistics and monitoring of stacking food inside the Cold Chamber. The supervisory software E3 was granted to authors after training conducted in the developer tool E3. The application of this work was done in a Cold Chamber for a company of cold products, located in the city of Telêmaco Borba - PR, where it has been the installation and configuration of all equipment involved. In conclusion one can perceive the increased reliability of the cooling system as a result of the implementation of the automated system. |
