The present work has the objective of applying automation and control technologies of a load lifting system for transport cabins in a truck assembly line. Such a system must meet the requirements of safety and ergonomics at work safe measure of process operators without the same risk of accident. Also, if you are looking for a quick transport of cabs without package bumps that can use damages. They are like the features of the booth elevator currently used and the standard conditionalities that the new system must meet. The development method is also launched, with a description of the tests performed to increase the efficiency and safety of the system. |
