This assignment proposes a detection system for final film in a packaging machine used in the manufacture of carton packs. The proposal is based on installing ultrasonic sensors in the equipment to automate the process and guarantee the quality of the products. The work proposes the study and understanding of the operation of the packer, study on sensors, development of the proposal and installation of the sensors, costing. Each stage of operation of the packer is presented in detail, concepts and specific characteristics of the operation of the ultrasonic sensor, besides simulating the operation of the system according to the steps of the packer with and without film, as well as budget and estimated time for return of the investment. |
