The present work consists in na Supervisory System’s implantation which performs the monitoring function of the activity’s duration times and the quantity of cycles per minute realized in the most critical machines of the plant of industrialized products of Seara Alimentos S/A Due the fact that the data assumed as true results regarding the availability and efficiency of the equipment did not match reality, this work describes step-by-step the creation of a way to monitor every minute of the day the actions of the most critical equipment of each production line to obtain reliable values and useful for taking decisions. The initial idea was modified, but it was kept the intention to create a system that can be deployed at not elevated costs, to make that, it was necessary the development of a Supervisory system through the programming language VB.NET® and use of unused components in the factory. Aiming for the insertion of a new technology as a test experiment, they were searched for results obtained through quantitative values of the availability of process equipment. |
