The Norm Number 12 was designed in 1978 and has undergone changes over time. This standard deals with the minimum safety requirements in force in Brazil, to protect against accidents at work, the people involved directly with machinery and equipment, mainly in industrial environments. The flexographic printer model SV2000, whose origin is the United States, originally is not adequate to the standard of this standard, and due to the need to adapt to the NR12, the proprietary company implemented safety systems to eliminate the risk of accidents and greater protection for operators. This study seeks to deepen the general knowledge of security systems involved and can be used as a basis for adjustment of other machines or similar equipment. A Safety PLC was used in the project and will later object of study. |
