This paper aims to produce a project for the automation of the brick dryer supply system of Beira Rio Ceramic Industry. The aim of this paper is to identify the best opportunities for the realization of this system, using theoretical and feasibility analysis of the solution application. The accomplishment of the present work with the use of the use of automated process seeks for economy and productivity on the productivity process. In this sense, this paper intends to present a solution for the problematization presented by Beira Rio Industry using GRAFCET programming in programmable logic controller (PLC). The results show that with PLC, it is feasible to execute the automation proposed with ease. Finally, it is concluded that the automation in productive processes of the ceramics industry is vital for the competitive development of the sector and in addition are presented suggestions for future projects. |
