This monograph presents the development of the automation of an equipment for assembly and test of clogging of vehicle condenser and aims to develop improvement opportunities previously listed in two stages of the manufacturing process in a japanese multinational. In order to be able to develop these activities, were used knowledge in PLC, supervisory systems, HMI (human machine interface) and instrumentation. Aiming at the required quality of the condenser manufactured in this company and its market competitiveness, some improvements were developed and applied to the process in order to obtain results. Along with the general objective of this monograph, some extra gains were also achieved, such as reduction of process cycle time and optimization of applied labor. |
