This monograph presents one analysis about the control’s logic and data’s collection of one machine to amend wood, one machine like this is widely used in the timber industry, combining wood free from impurities, knags, resins and broken. The study consists to analysis the existent system, from one bibliographic research of the control’s technologies and data’s collection, proposing one new sequential logic for the controller based on GRAFCET’s logic. Make easier, maintenances and futures modifications from maintenance, as well as one efficient data’s collection SCADA, different of the manual collection currently used. In the end will be presented the supervision system with the sequential diagram developed GRAFSET, with control’s logic implemented and the system’s supervision screen developed. |
