The addition of chemicals in the water treatment process is an activity that requires reliability and thorough control. This condition imposes on the sanitation sector employing technologies that provide reliable results in its processes. The present study aims to present a project of automation and control in the process of determination of fluosilicic acid in water treatment station. In the project, the specific electronics components are indicated, which perform the adition of the chemical compound in the final step of the treatment process and allow reliability. Finally, this study explains the methodology used and specific details of programming and configuration of the selected devices to perform the automatic process. |
