This work’s objective is to study the installation of wireless instruments in a cyclone tower of a cement industry. First of all, explains the operation of the cyclone tower and its analyzed variables during the production process. Then, market’s most relevant and commented options of instruments and wireless network are explained. Subsequently, a comparison of the nowadays used method of installing wired instrument and a wireless instrument installing solution proposed is presented. At the end, the conclusion about the possibility of changing or not the actual way of installing instruments. |
