This study aimed to carry out a comparison between the scenario proposed in regulatory standards - with guidelines approved by representatives of workers, pro-government and employers (Tripartite Group), and the scenario that occasionally developed into a building in southern Brazil, which served support to carry out this work. The methodology used to develop this study summarized in detailed analysis of the work only at the moment the building was inspected, in other words, any work done before or after the survey will be analyzed in this study. To be identified relevant points of the work environment, working conditions or forms of implementation tasks, the study highlights relevant items of applicable safety engineering for the realization of comparative through quotes for text and images taken of the work. The main safety engineering tool for the standardization of quality in construction is NR 18, because it is the meeting of the various regulatory standards being applied in the construction industry. It has been found that many of the observances of the NR 18 and good practice of safety engineering, applicable at the time the construction was studied, were disobeyed or were not being applied in the works, in other words, various incompatibilities were found. |
