This study reflects guidelines of Brazilian National Politics for Solid Waste (Política Nacional de Resíduos Sólidos) and also evaluates the social and financial challenges to include collective organizations at present market model for waste management. This project seeks to identify the risks and main weaknesses on safety process of five organizations (one representative per Brazilian state) as well as to associate and analyses some important factors as productivity, management and efficiency. This study assumes that operations must advance rigorously at the same rhythm of leadership directions and developed a methodology to evaluate to confirm this possibility on each case. It was clear the importance to offer training for the team and also support investments to maintain good safety conditions. The conclusion evidences the importance to support and reply good practices to offer better perspectives for business, reduce risk, quality and satisfaction for these organizations and whole market. |
