Work at higher places, is very common in many segments. Usually its realization is necessary what means there’s no way how avoid it. The risks from this type of work can be tragic, so the best way is to prevent using the specifications of the NR 35. This paper looks over the accomplishment of this standard, by applying checklist, on the process of loading trucks at an asphalt emulsion company besides simulate a state inspection, which enabled the determination of fines according wrong points during the study. This showed the failure of the majority of NR 35 questions, adding tributary liabilities of R$ 104,766.99. In order to avoid social and economic loss are presented possible solutions to the irregularities, which the amount is approximately R$ 16,000.00. These values show that the solution of discontinuities is 15.27% of the average total fine, making clear that solve the wrong points is cheaper than create tributary liabilities, once they can cause even the closing of companies. Therefore, comply the standards, strengthens labor alliances and contribute to economic and social development of the country. |
