The Daily Safety Dialog (DDS) emerged as a way to raise awareness of the risks of activities and how they could be avoided. Being applied in an objective and dynamic way in meeting rooms or in the places where the services will be due. Therefore, all employees must receive constant training regarding health and safety at work, a right guaranteed by NR1. The best way to train employees is through a daily security dialogue. Once through it you can clear all doubts and implement cooperative behavior among employees. Developed in the area of work safety engineering, the present work aims to analyze the application of DDS, as a tool of importance for the protection and safety of the worker, to analyze if the DDS is seen as a risk awareness factor, with the elaboration of a questionnaire, application of interview and later to suggest improvements. Being described, from the literature review of journals and interview through a form. Thus, based on the available tools, it was possible to verify that DDS appears as a communication facilitator applied between the employees and their supervisors, with the purpose of concertizer the workers on the risks of the activities carried out in the work environment. This is because, according to the interviewees and according to the answers obtained from the form, 100% (one hundred percent) of the employees who answered the questionnaire, believe that with the preventive dialogue the function will be exercised with more accuracy and perfection, since it collaborates in the risk awareness, so that the results after the practice of DDS are of significant degrees to the effectiveness of the task developed. DDS comes as a great ally to businesses and employees, reducing the rate of accidents and influencing employee motivation and productivity in the workplace. |
