Resumo: Nowadays, people spend more than half of their time indoors with air-conditioning systems. However, the conditions of the structures of these environments or the airconditioned equipment, make possible the existence of chemical and biological pollutants, in which it impacts the quality of the air, consequently, the health and productivities of the occupants of the place. The objective of this work was to analyze, in an air conditioned environment, the internal air quality and the conditions of the air conditioning equipment of a clothing and garment co-operative, located in the region of Curitiba / PR. Based on the Maintenance, Operation and Control Plan (PMOC), a third laboratory was contracted to verify the parameters, as recommended by Resolution RE - n ° 9/2003, of temperature, humidity, air velocity, Carbon Dioxide concentration (CO2), bioaerosol analysis and aerodispersol concentration. The results obtained through the laboratory report, allowed to affirm that the internal air quality of the study environment, is within the recommended reference standard, with caveats in carbon dioxide, in which after a second analysis, performed by the author with a CO2, there were values above the recommended value, which is 1,000 ppm. It is suggested the implementation of an air renewal system or the acquisition by aero-conditioning equipment provided with this function. In contrast to the activity carried out on site, and in favor of the health and safety of the workers, the parallel option is the operation of the air conditioning equipment, with a window and a door 15 cm open, in order to contribute air exchange in the environment.
