This work is a descriptive case study with qualitative and quantitative data, which was developed through bibliographic resources and field research conducted between November 2017 and January 2018 in a metalworking industry in the city of Curitiba, level of maturity on safety culture of the work of operators and leaders. To achieve this goal, this study was conducted in two parts, phase one, interview and analysis of four key aspects: team motivation in safety, team participation in safety, knowledge of the safety leader, and commitment of the safety leader. Phase two, data analysis and framing of the sectors with Bradley curve method. As a result of this study, it is possible to analyze the safety maturity from the indexes of commitment to work safety between the company sectors and the safety management, contributing to the good performance of the system. |
