The agricultural activity has significant representation in the country's economy, Brazil being the fifth largest producer of milk, however, this activity offers the highest degree of risk that can exist for workers, due to the innumerable risks to which they are exposed daily, due to the variety of activities they carry out. Thus, the objective of this work was to carry out a preliminary risk analysis in relation to the workers of a rural property in the dairy cattle sector in the municipality of Castro - PR. The evaluation was performed with the precept of recognizing the risks in order to identify them until prescribing control measures. A qualitative evaluation was adopted, characterizing risk levels as Light (1), Moderate (2), Severe (3) and Critical (4), and possible accidents and exposures to which the employees were exposed, being direct or indirect in relation to the worker or the activity developed, and also to carry out the quantitative evaluation only for the risk related to noise with the aid of the meter sound pressure level. With the results it was possible to analyze the exposure related to the risks of accidents, mechanical, biological, ergonomic, physical and chemical in different degrees of relevance, defining the control measures pertinent to each risk, as well as the implementation of training aimed at safety and possibility of more serious accidents related mainly to the handling of tractors and machinery coupled to it. Therefore, it is concluded that the preliminary risk analysis tool was sufficient to carry out the identification of environmental risks, as well as to determine the safety measures pertinent to each risk and as recommendations and suggestions for immediate actions, training was established for immediate application aiming at ensure the health, well-being and physical and mental integrity of the company's employees. Adaptations in furniture and equipment where possible to suit regulatory standards, as well as future development of a safety management plan. |
