This work aims to show how a projection of Management Integrated security system environment and health in the labor market, can bring benefits and satisfactory results for an organization. In this work , we used a case study of a medium-sized construction works company that decided to systematize its management system based on standards and ISO 9001 reference , ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 , in order to make it more competitive market. Through the support of an outside consultant , the company left for the development of a strategic plan , and this preparation was split into strategic objectives , in all respects , but concentrating on the focus of this work , the adequacy and compliance with requirements prescribe the OHSAS 18001 with respect to Health and Safety and ISO 14001 concerning Environmental Management, will be evidence and shown through this work through indicators and notes. As case for this, the company adopted the registration and certification process with Petrobras S.A. which has a whole selection methodology and hiring its suppliers, guided by the requirements mentioned above. Currently the company, which went from a company level not recommended to the level of a qualified company 's point of view not only Health and Safety Work, Environment, but as a whole, does not keep the constant pursuit of continuous improvement the results obtained with the realignment of its management systems due to financial cuts in this organization, external consultancy services have been suspended indefinitely , and layoffs of employees who were directly focused for certification purposes of the organization. |
