The workers of petrochemical plants are constantly exposed to many risks in your workplace. The human error is present in most accidents. Audit human behavior is an important tool in aid to minimize these failures. Thus, the general objective of this thesis was to quantify the various appointed deviations and verify the trend between the years 2012 and 2013. The specific objective was to analyze the amount of deviations in these circumstances and point out positives and negatives in this evolution, highlighting where awareness can be improved. In this study was used the method of exploratory research, applied in this case study. For the analysis it was made an survey in the database of behavioral audits of a petrochemical plant the last two years. The results showed the importance of investing in training of industrial workers, on the performance of their professional practice, as well as on the personal and legal implications surrounding the accident at work. |
