Currently the level of risk is increasing globally and increasingly demanding the ability of organizations to cope with a high degree of risk in their strategic plans, projects and processes in both the public sector and the private sector. It is essential to use effective procedures for the management and analysis of risks allowing its treatment and prevention of crises, thus the risk analysis aims to protect human, material and financial resources of a company. The objective of this work is to raise the risks to which workers operating a landfill are exposed , creating from this survey , preliminary hazard analysis (PHA 's) and generating recommendations on how to solve or minimize these risks . The results showed that among the activities analyzed the major risks faced by the PHA ́s were developed: trampling, smothering, noise, inadequate lighting, electrical shocks. The main action suggestions are general and easy to be implemented such as the regular employee training and awareness order. The latter is recommended to be applied on a daily basis in the form of DDS (Daily Safety Dialogue). In addition, proper use of personal protective equipment is of utmost importance. |
