The main of this study is to adapt a spot welding machine the Safety Standards NR12 through enclosure. The field survey conducted in four different companies noted the existence of different models (resistance, capacitance, average frequency, etc.), different power for each application, and different manufacturers of welding machines installed. All offer the same kind of risk of work accidents to operators located on their upper limbs through the process and handling of the course of production activities itself, and the risk of sunburn and even the possible loss of vision because of weld spatter if not used the personal protective equipment required by the safety standard. |
