This research is a case study in a company following water treatment and condensate located in Araucaria / PR. Whose goal is to analyze the working conditions of operators during the maneuvers of valve openings and closings of one unit of carbon filter, by applying the methodology of ergonomic analysis - AET. Through research and analysis with questionnaire identified the biggest complaints regarding pain during the course of the work. The activities of operators during maneuvers valves provide the appearance of these pains due to the work routine, excessive physical exertion and pace for closing cycle of the operational process. Organizational conditions, environmental and positioning of equipment (valves) also contribute to the problems of the sector. Since the operation is part of the flow of the production process being performed this maneuver several times throughout the workday, which adopt a poor posture coupled with inadequate equipment placement, contributes to the increase of pain. Through surveys pointed this ergonomic study, the necessary adjustments were done the job implemented automation systems and replaced the manual valves for control valves, giving improved quality and safety to the operators of this process, eliminating ergonomic hazards and risks of accidents inherent in the activity. |
