The overall objective of this research is to demonstrate the importance of emergency fire and evacuation in underground mine plan. This is a literature, qualitative and exploratory study with case study in the Tabiporã's Morro da Mina intending to analyze the emergency plan for fire thereof. It is perceived to analyze the fire emergency plan of the Tabiporã's Morro da Mina. Mining is complete, but there is the constant need for comprehensive revision of this document for an even contemplate items of great importance to the safety of workers and the installation itself. The development of a methodology, using as support the standards in force in the country, to meet the needs of fire prevention is essential, since it can prevent deaths and harmful consequences for workers, as well as minimize the risks to equity through the rapid intervention of responsible. In the case of Tabiporã's Morro da Mina, the fire emergency plan has been prepared considering all the aspects proposed by the technical standards and possibilities for evacuation and protection of human and physical assets of the company, and from simulations has been constantly improved and optimized aiming to reduce fire risks inherent in specialization of services performed on site. |
