Resumo: This study presents a proposal for Evacuation Plan in football stadiums, whose goal is to define a procedure to be followed in an emergency and need to abandon the site. For this, a survey focusing on disasters and emergency situations was performed, plus a guided tour of a stadium under renovation. After the raise bibliographic and findings from the technical visit, the main information for preparation of the Plan, which aims to ensure the safety of all people present in a large event were extracted. It is understood that for greater safety of users of establishments with large concentrations of people, it is necessary the Contingency Plan, but the most important factor is to ensure the removal of users from a site with eminent risks. Thus, the Evacuation Plan should take into consideration that it must be very well understood, trained and ready for use in emergencies. Also, for a good swing, all steps should be followed and improved periodically, where the senior management of the establishment must have the safety of everyone present at the event, as the main goal. As a result, was prepared and submitted a proposal for an effective evacuation plan, which describes how the Plan should work from preparation to the progress of each step, contemplating all the users present in a football stadium. Conclusively, as the next step in this proposed plan their implementation in practice as a dummy for later fault analysis and identification of opportunities for improvement, so it should happen to be an evacuation plan even more effective and likely to functioning in a real emergency.
