The importance of research designed to bring data that can be used for the prevention or control of workplaces, evidenced in this work, with proper knowledge about the law and its applicability was possible to understand the current municipality in the state and its aspects related to health and safety, corporate action on the subject is discussed in various spheres of knowledge and various sectors of the economy, because mostly the health and safety conditions are neglected, causing the work accident rates only increase. Since humans for their survival needs work, become precise studies evaluating this the situation in the workplace, this study aimed to analyze characterize the general conditions of applicability of labor laws in Curitiba in 2014 to assume that the current reality of knowledge about labor law employers who are established in this city. Graphs were generated that allowed the observation that 92% of companies prepare PPRA, the same value as a percentage to the PCMSO, as was also prepared chart for the observance of the need for a CIPA or have a designated CIPA, among other relevant topics on health and safety. The results showed that the knowledge and the applicability of labor legislation occur, however a not very significantly, and perhaps only to enforce the law, and is not focused on ensuring the integrity of municipal workers. |
