This study aims to evaluate the importance of work safety engineering and its evolution to the present day. Based on scientific research in regulatory standards was possible to assess the main risks to which workers are exposed in a food industry. We conducted an analysis of the jobs based on data collected through interviews with employees and survey in the field, this analysis will guide to point out the risks to which each worker is exposed, and irregularity with the relevant standards. After the removal of irregularity was proposed, a solution to each item that was considered non-compliant with current standards, with the goal of bringing to the attention of the labor security department and the industry itself, demonstrating the benefits that will bring the same Readjustments to company and its employees. |
