Currently various business activities using equipment and machines in your process that present risks to your employees. This also occurs in industries that manufacture blending for co-processing. Thus, this study aimed to conduct a survey to identify the risks involved in Crunch and materials Storage activities within these industries. The methodology used in this work was the creation and implementation of the APR method - Risk Preliminary Analysis to carry out this survey. As a result of this work, has created a specific APR for the studied industry and the lifting of the risks involved in these activities, classifying them in no significant risk, moderate risk and significant risks. Could be verified that the company has some significant and moderate risks in their processes, but it was proven that the company maintains controls to reduce or eliminate the risks. On some occasions, they did suggest some actions to improve the controls and processes that risks are better controlled. Concluded with this work that this evaluation mechanism and Risk assessment is effective in both raising risks in the preliminary operation, the risks of operations already running. |
