Is evident in this monograph, the importance of research designed to bring data that can be used for the prevention or control of workplaces, with due knowledge of the law and this applicability will be possible to understand the current state of the city and its aspects related to health and safety. The companies actions on the subject is discussed in the tourism sector, specifically travel agencies, because mostly conditions of health and safety are not treated as required by the law, causing the groth of work accidents. Since humans need work for survive, become necessary precise studies evaluating this situation in the workplace. The objective of this study is analyze the general conditions of applicability of labor laws in the city of Curitiba in 2014 and early 2015, to assume that the current reality of knowledge about labor laws by employers. The methodology used was a questionnaire and through it, to generate graphics that allowed observe the specific parts of knowledge of percentage as the company prepares or not PPRA, the same for the PCMSO, observance of the need for a Designated CIPA, among other relevant topics on health and safety. The results show that knowledge and the applicability of labor legislation occur, however a not very expressive way and maybe just to enforce the law, and not focused on ensuring the integrity of workers in the city. |
