Having as an scenario an air conditioning system existing at one Call Center installed in Curitiba, this work aims to assess conditions and to adapt this system to item 4 of Annex II NR-17. As proven, the inherent problems of indoor air quality and are potentiated at environments where there are a high number of employees who work in a relatively small area. Aims to perform an analysis of the current situation of the air conditioning pointing problems encountered and propose improvement actions that can eliminate or reduce poor air quality. To the proposition of the shares were held interrelationships between item 4 of Annex II NR-17, Ordinance No. 3523/98 - MS and RE No 09/03 – ANVISA to contribute to ensuring the quality of air in the building. |
