The presented work is to evaluate ergonomically some jobs in an office belonging to a power company. This study of the jobs of this company came after complaints from some employees in the categories of lighting and even body posture during work hours. With this study, we demonstrated some important issues in relation to the ergonomic office and it was evident that the improvements suggested by them could offer greater well-being, as well as improved productivity within the workplace. The methodology used in the composition of this study was the participatory approach, including some independent variables. All information for the preparation of this study were obtained through a meeting with the staff, with the direct participation of the department manager, who made a survey of the problems encountered, as well as the process of solving them. The results were presented to complete the improvements for all problems encountered in the area, the largest being the values outside of the standard item illuminance. This problem is solved with a lighting project for readjustment of all fixtures department and soon after completion, will be a new measurement to verify that the items of the standard have been met. |
