Resumo: Museums are spaces for cultural heritage preservation. Its collections are made up of objects that are degraded over time due to the action of physical and biological agents, requiring qualified staff and specific location for their care and conservation. The cleaning procedures and conservation objects are conducted in a laboratory for this purpose, which due to the characteristics of the materials are worked there, has control systems and environmental comfort, such as the lighting. In the conservation and restoration activity, beyond time to adapt the work to the original features, the process requires physical and mental effort of the professionals involved. Therefore, the need for evaluation of comfort in the Museum desktop.
