Among the many existing workplaces, offices have become the working environment for most people. Allied to this, the concern about the ergonomic conditions of the collaborators has also been growing, since a situation of health and comfort in the environment and in the workstations contribute in the efficiency and productivity of the team in general. Ergonomics, among some of its aspects, includes postural evaluation, layout and work pace, as well as environmental comfort, involving noise, illumination and temperature, with the main objective being to achieve human well-being and a good performance of the organization. Therefore, the present work consisted in the ergonomic evaluation of two work stations focused on the postural evaluation, through the application of the RULA (Rapid Upper Limb Assessment) method, and of environmental comfort through measurements of noise, temperature and illuminance. The results showed that the work stations presented adequate environmental comfort, especially sonorous and thermal, but with specific situations in which it is possible to reach more suitable situations related to posture and lighting. |
