This study began after observing the civil construction activities in an expansion of a large electric power substation, in this way it was verified the need to implement tools to reduce and avoid work accidents. The present work aims to verify the risks involved in the civil works activities of a substation and propose solutions. With the analysis of the planning and schedule of activities, it was possible to define the main activities in an electric power substation. In this way the agents and risks for these activities were verified and later their preliminary risk analyzes (APRs) with the preventive methods before the operational phase, giving greater safety to the worker. Following were suggested trainings for workers with the intention that they learn how to implement control and safety methods, so as to ensure safety and health in electrical installations, construction site, work at height, activities that require anticipation of actions. In addition to training for the use of personal and collective protection equipment and training of the internal accident prevention committee (CIPA). Among the main risks that the substation civil works are exposed are: inadequate physical arrangement, falls of the same or different levels, machines and equipment without protection, inadequate tools, physical effort, imposition of excessive rhythms and Inadequate posture. |
