A healthy work environment necessarily requires the adoption of measures that provide acoustic comfort for the workers who work there. In this context, any substantial change in the lay-out of a work environment, or even the acquisition and installation of new equipment in this environment require that the health and safety at work service of the company, together with the managers of the place to be modified, analyze, measure and, if appropriate, carry out the adaptation of the environment. Institutions such as FUNDACENTRO and the MTPS define in their norms the limits of tolerance to which workers can be subjected. Therefore, since the Normas Regulamentadoras have the force of law, every company that has employees under CLT regime must adapt and comply with these rules. The objective of this work was to analyze a certain environment in which there were substantial changes, and to verify if after such changes, the parameters required by law continued to be fulfilled, specifically in relation to acoustic comfort of the environment. An PHA for the laboratory was also developed. This work was a case study, with a qualitative focus, in which measurements of sound pressure level were carried out in three work stations and analysis of the measurements obtained. The results obtained were satisfactory according to the analyzed NRs, with sound pressure levels within those permitted by law, except for one work station, in which the measurement obtained exceeds the level of comfort indicated by Brazilian legislation, and for which corrective actions are indicated. With this work, it is intended to help in the awareness of workers and managers of the risks associated with excessive exposure to noise. A exposição ao ruído excessivo é causa de diversas patologias associadas. Um ambiente de trabalho saudável passa necessariamente pela adoção de medidas que proporcionem conforto acústico para os trabalhadores que ali realizam suas jornadas de trabalho. Neste contexto, qualquer mudança substancial no lay-out de um ambiente de trabalho, ou mesmo a aquisição e instalação de novos equipamentos em tal ambiente exigem que o serviço de saúde e segurança do trabalho da empresa, em conjunto com os gestores do local a ser modificado, analisem, meçam e, se for o caso, realizem a adequação do ambiente. Instituições como a FUNDACENTRO e o Ministério do Trabalho e Previdência Social definem, em suas normas, os limites de tolerância ao qual os trabalhadores podem ser submetidos. Deste modo, já que as Normas Regulamentadoras têm força de lei, toda empresa que possui funcionários sob regime CLT deve se adequar e cumprir tais normas. O objetivo geral deste trabalho foi analisar um determinado ambiente em que houve mudanças substanciais, e verificar se após tais mudanças, os parâmetros exigidos em lei continuaram a ser cumpridos, especificamente em relação ao conforto acústico do ambiente. Também foi elaborada uma APR para o laboratório. Este trabalho foi um estudo de caso, com foco qualitativo, em que foram efetuadas medidas de nível de pressão sonora em três postos de trabalho e análise das medições obtidas. Os resultados obtidos foram satisfatórios segundo as NRs analisadas, com níveis de pressão sonora dentro dos permitidos em lei, com exceção de um posto de trabalho, no qual a medição obtida ultrapassa o nível de conforto indicado pela legislação brasileira, e para o qual são indicadas ações corretivas.
