The increasing interest in investing in work safety in the automobile industry has motivated this case study. This work has as an affinity to follow the noise levels generated by the production of electric whips in a multinational company, located in the state of Santa Catarina with approximately 1600 employees and designed to exceed the 2000 employee mark. The objective of the present study was to measure the doses and to make a comparison of the occupational doses obtained with the current legislation and to propose preventive measures. When starting the studies of classification of processes in the company, it was evidenced that the sectors of circuit cutting and locksmithing area of the company would be the major causes of this physical agent. To obtain the results an Audiodosimeter was used, in which the evaluations were performed with the equipment near the ear of the worker. The evaluations were compared with the NR-15 to define the correct adjustments to suit the standard. The results presented by this work confirm the need for measures to comply with the legislation in force for both operators, both in the cutting area and in the maintenance area of the company, reaching a peak of 119.1 dB ( A) and having an average of 85.9 dB (A) in the cutting sector, which exceeds the 85dB (A) standard for an 8-hour workday. |
