This work aims the preparation of a Preliminary Risk Analysis (APR). They have raised the risks present in the steps for manufacturing prefabricated piles of prestressed concrete process, from observing and gathering information on stakes sector within a pre-made company. It was possible to identify the causes that need more attention are: lack of protection on moving parts, back pain, hearing loss and stress. Some improvements have been indicated in the manufacturing process, such as set on site under the employees in carrying out prestressing, adequacy of machinery and equipment, deploy emergency plan, training fire fighting, among others, always giving priority to control and combat the risks. Information on risks and on the production process occurred through photographic record and dialogue with the workers. The recordings were performed divided into stages of manufacture of the stakes. The events obtained from the APR for each type of risk were 14% trivial, tolerable 31%, moderate 38%, 17% and relevant intolerable had no occurrences. Thus it was found that Company X is an acceptable standard of safety, because it is adding the risks: trivial, tolerable and moderate have that 83% of cases fall into these risks. At the end it was proposed a schedule of actions necessary to minimize the risks. |
