The analysis of the working conditions, especially in machines that emit noises, has also evolved into the agricultural area. Until a few years ago, the tractor drivers did not care about the noise generated by these machines. The objectives of this work are to measure the noise levels emitted by the tractors in several rotations, to compare with the noise level with the limits of the NR -15 and to classify the activity if it is unhealthy or not. The work was carried out on a small property, with a dairy vocation, which had three tractors (50 HP, 65 HP and 103 HP). For noise measurements, a Minipa brand decibelimeter, Model MSL 1325 was used. The results obtained ranged from 78 to 94 dB(A), but values below 85 dB(A) are for slow speeds and at speeds up to 1000 rpm. In situations of effective work, the tractors generate noise that makes the activity unhealthy. Tractors need to use the ear protector to attenuate noise levels below 85 dB(A). |
