This monograph will present the program of control of hazardous energies, where it will contemplate types of physical blocks for valves (handles), circuit breakers, and electrical panels, as well as to present the step by step for the implantation of the program, with general purpose of evaluating the implementation of a program of control of dangerous energies. For the State of Paraná, according to the reports of occupational accidents, between the years 2016 and 2017, there were 3,937 accidents with cut and laceration, fracture with 2,026 records and crushing were 1,955 (OBSERVATORY ..., 2018). Navarro (2011) considers as dangerous all that leads to a danger, that is, presents risks. Nortel (2018), considers as energy present in machines and equipment that, when its unexpected release, can result in injuries to the employees during interventions. These dangerous energies can be electrical, hydraulic, chemical, gravitational, mechanical; pneumatic, thermal and radioactive. The point of greatest discussion of this work were conceptual questions. The first point raised concerns the employees' knowledge of the types of valves in the factory. The second point of discussion was about the concept perception of what a valve is and what a gauntlet is. The program brings the operation of valve locking and in practice the locks occur in different types of valves and not valves. |
