The dynamics of management processes demand means for greater use of processes and a lower rate of accidents at work, in this way, risk management tools are of enormous value and must be adapted to the reality of the market. This research was carried out with the objective of adapting the Canvas Business Model tool to the context of Occupational Health and Safety. The Preliminary Risk Analysis tool was chosen by the administrative precepts of the 5W1H tool. To obtain the data, a questionnaire was published through the Internet, with key points to evaluate the applicability and acceptance of the given model. As results, a good understanding of the model was observed and also a predisposition of the collaborators in assisting in the preparation of the same. Although the research has shown good results, it is suggested that continuity be given to reach a larger audience and obtain more significant results. Other tools and training can be adapted to the use of visual tools such as the Canvas Model with the expectation of improvement in understanding and improvement in processes and operations. |
