In Brazil, public works are performed by means of public bids where the most economically advantageous tender is chosen for the public management. So that this happens efficiently and effectively and the result is accomplished – the contracted object is exactly as expected – it is strictly necessary the bidder to be as clear as possible when making the respective technical specification. In this context, this essay aggregates the already used specifications, elements which bind technical features related to the most efficient systems. The addressed systems are: lightening, air conditioning and the environment, which according to Procel, a Brazilian certifying agency, is one of the most relevant systems regarding energy efficiency. The model object of this study are the airports; it is expected that not only case study but also the draught technical specification complementary presented and remodeling works or even the enlargement of Brazilian airports may be submitted to the certifying agency, Procel Edifica, after their conclusion and get level A certification in energy efficiency. |
